Chez Bryan Ong
Founder + Creative Director
Chez Bryan Ong started his career in 1998 as a designer with Deutsch Advertising. There he worked on accounts including Pfizer, Tommy Hilfiger, Domino's Pizza, Ikea, and Tanqueray. After his experience in advertising, he joined branding consultancy Sterling Brands in which he designed for Exenet, Cadbury, Polaroid, News Corporation, and Pepsi. Chez was hired by the events management firm E1, Ltd. to establish a new creative services division providing the firm a complimentary revenue stream to its existing body of work. In 2003, he moved to "client side" as manager of the in-house creative team at Mogu. He played an integral role in helping the Japanese home furnishings brand transition into the American market. In 2005, he co-founded spoon+fork and is creative director for select branding and interactive engagements.
Pritsana Kootint-Hadiatmodjo
Founder + Creative Director
Native New Yorker Pritsana Kootint-Hadiatmodjo holds a BFA in Packaging Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Her career is a culmination of over 12 years in the advertising, branding, and marketing fields. Prior to co-founding spoon+fork, a NYC based branding and design firm, Pritsana established herself at Sterling Brands where she specialized in developing brand style guides and packaging systems for consumer brands such as Burger King, Pepperidge Farms, and Unilever. After her time there, she consulted at various companies including Raison Pure, Medicus, and Mogu. As Creative Director at spoon+fork, she oversees the designs for consumer facing brand clients including Sagatiba USA, Tu-Lu's Gluten Free Bakery, and Voli Spirits. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for BKP-NY and is on the Marketing Commitee for Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia and Southern NJ. When away from the computer, Pritsana loves talking about all things food-related and watching Cooking Channel with her husband and puggle Pepper.

Rika Koreeda
Founder + Director of Artist Development
Rika Koreeda started her career at Tasaki & Co in Japan coordinating corporate ad campaigns and corporate art and culture events. Afterwards, Rika was one of the key public relation and advertising directors at World Co., Ltd. where she helped build eight fashion brands by producing fashion shows, coordinating advertising campaigns, and establishing integrated PR efforts. She embarked on her second career as a graphic designer when she moved to New York in 1990.
Having studied advertising at F.I.T., Rika has since worked with Japanese and American clients. In 2002, the Japanese home furnishings company, MOGU, asked Rika to establish their U.S. office and flagship shop in New York City. During this time she had the opportunity to work with designer Stephen Burkes as well as help in the planning of Mogu's Salone exhibition in Milan.
The creative culmination of her eastern and western experiences has lead her to focus on developing brands for individuals, and especially artists. As Director of Artist Development, she has garnished working relations with Ashes and Snow photographer Gregory Colbert, and the internationally celebrated artist Seitaro Kuroda. Recently, she has added sculptor Kenjiro Kitade and high-fashion model Kanami to spoon+fork's artist network.

Jennifer Chou
Designer
Jennifer Chou is originally from the SF Bay Area and attended UCLA D|MA. Prior to joining the spoon+fork team, she worked at Martha Stewart Ominimedia and Himalania Organic Foods. Past brands in which she's added her creative touch include Laguna College of Art & Design, Gemini G.E.L., Orange Country Performing Arts Center, South Coast Plaza Shopping Center, Adobe Systems, and Genentech. At spoon+fork, she is the lead designer while also keeping the team up-to-date with restaurant options. When not designing, Jen snowboards, scratches Buda's belly, and has dreams of living in a library. She has an affinity towards containers and loves cheese.
